Please help before my brewista test!!
ive recently started working at 7 brew and I understand most everything except I am getting quite confused on sf and milk alt. mochas.
considering I had a medium iced sf banana bread mocha, would the correct recipe be: 1 scoop of sf dark chocolate, 1/2 scoop banana, 1/2 scoop of hazelnut, 2 shots, smooth mix to the 12, tom to with ice?
and for a classic large iced vanilla almond milk mocha: 1 scoop of dark chocolate, 1 scoop vanilla, 4 shots, almond milk to the 16 and tom tom?
for a decaf mocha chiller would it also get the scoops of chocolate as well as mocha mix? or does the chiller only need dark chocolate if its sf or milk alternative?
my trainers didnt really specify much and accidentlly sent me some incorrect information and some of my coworkers my first few shifts have been confusing me a bit, but from what ive read in my employee PDF i was sent these should be correct. just wanted to check before my test.
