Hi! I’ve worked for 7Brew since January of this year, I recently transferred to a different stand for summer (I graduated college) in my hometown. This stand is newer ~3 months old, and I have more experience that 95% of people that work there. This has become insufferable, people have attempted to correct me on corporate policies(confirmed they were incorrect with SM), have belittled me and the effort that I put into my job, and at one point I was harassed by a teenager calling me fat on shift infront of a customer and another coworker(she is still employed). When we have nothing to do we are forced to slay but when there’s nothing to slay we cannot do anything else or we will get talked to, if you even look at your phone for one second you will get pulled aside. We are told corporate is constantly checking cameras and we will be written up, but NOTHING is done about harassment, language, unhealthy work practices, and people actually not doing their jobs. Shift leads will leave the stand for hours at a time to sit in the walk in just talking. It’s so upsetting and if I didn’t need the money I would quit today.

Additionally there is no taking time off. You have a doctors appointment scheduled months out and that’s your reason? Corporate won’t approve your time off. It’s so very frustrating especially when people don’t cover shifts. Not to mention I’ve been scheduled for twelve hours with no scheduled or offered break (can someone tell me if this is even allowed?) anyway that’s my rant. I loved my last stand and I miss my coworkers, stand manager, and shift leads immensely. I send all my love to the stand that made me care about this place, to this new stand, I hope they get their shit together before I crash tf out

Hey so I’m curious, how serious is the threat of termination if we don’t pass our brewista test? I’ve plateaued at 87% and my stand manager says minimum passing is 90% ….i have like 4 days left and I can’t freaking pass it 😭 i only intend on this job being a placeholder for now but i still need it rn so how worried do i need to be 😭🫠

7brew just opened in my town. What kind of drink is a blondie? I know blondie is just vanilla and caramel flavoring that you can get in any drink. But like if i were to go there and just say i want an iced blondie, whats the drink? A latte? My friend gets a banana bread blondie, but she doesnt even know whats in it besides the flavor.

I had never been to a 7Brew before, and since their menu is a little overwhelming for a first-timer, I read that you can ask them to surprise you. That they have a button on their register specifically for that.

I went through and asked them to surprise me, my only request was mocha and coffee/espresso and she's like sure, and then proceeded to read me all of the mocha coffee options on their menu

Did I do something wrong? Is this not a thing? I ended up getting the banana bread mocha which was really good, but it's on their menu. I'm fully capable of reading a menu and if that's what I wanted I would have just ordered it. I was hoping they would actually surprise me and make something unique.

I've been going to my local 7 Brew since they opened, and I always order the same thing: a large Mocha Chiller with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
Last night, I went through the drive-thru and didn't realize until I got home that my drink wasn't made correctly. I stopped by again this morning, and the staff was great, they remade it for me three different times. Unfortunately, each remake still tasted wrong, and I ended up going home with the same issue.
The drink I'm getting tastes more like a regular iced coffee or a decaf/sugar-free version rather than the frozen Mocha Chiller I've been ordering since they opened.
So after that long explanation, my question is: I know the drink is made differently when it's decaf or sugar-free, but has 7 Brew changed the recipe or preparation method for the regular Mocha Chiller? I'm curious if anyone else has noticed a difference recently.

What are your cheapest order went the other day and it was 8 dollars for a medium drink. Also in reference to a medium

Hey 7Brew insiders...I'm moving to Anderson, SC soon. I was down there visiting family this weekend and drove past a 7Brew that was not open. We went by too fast for me to be able to tell if it was a "coming soon" or a "recently closed" situation. Anderson is not listed on the location finder on their website. Does anyone know if this is a "coming soon" 7Brew? We'd be SO happy if it is!

This is silly, but:

I love passion fruit.

I love coffee.

I want to combine them, but am fairly certain it would be bad. Please give me your guidance on what additional flavors might make this work.

so a new 7brew's opening in my area and i got accepted. i'm not gonna lie, i feel like the vibe was really weird at my interview. it was a group interview and the people seemed really bubbly, but it felt super forced. it felt like the interviewers were just as nervous as us. i know that 7brew hires based off personality, but i honestly didn't like the vibe so i decided to not suck up and be myself. somehow i got the job regardless and i'm second guessing working for 7brew. i'm very friendly, patient, and good with customer service, i'm just not the kinda person who can force myself to be energetic all the time. i don't mind having conversations with customers, i'm just not an extrovert. i'm ngl some of the things i see on tiktok about 7brew put me off, but then again, they're promotional tiktoks so i know they're only showing what they wanna show. so, is 7brew a good environment for chill people?

Do yall have a break room? Just curious

Visiting family that has a 7Brew close by and I want to try. My favorite drink at Starbucks is a brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso. What should I get? Thank you.

Someone was asking about trying matcha for the first time recently and people gave so many good suggestions I tried a couple of them.

My number 1 is still Cereal Milk Matcha. Delicious and perfect every time.

Strong #2 is someone suggested passion fruit and white chocolate. Delicious!!

Number 3 for me is the strawberry matcha. It's good but the berry overpowers the matcha flavor. The color is also hideous! I don't really care about that but thought I'd mention it.

Number 4 for me was the cloud matcha. It tasted good but not great

That's all I've tried so far; ya'll tell me what I should try next. Also, share your rankings if you have tried some as well!!

beating myself up because after the interview i forgot to ask how long till we hear back if we got the job. if you’ve interviewed for 7brew can u lmk when u heard something? not sure if this would change things but the stand isn’t fully built yet and wont open for another month - thank u for any help :D

A 7 Brew recently opened in my city. I applied and scheduled an interview for this Saturday! This will be my first ever interview, so I’m really excited but also pretty nervous.

However, I noticed that 7 Brew seems to be mostly drive-thru only, so I’m a little confused about where I’m supposed to go for the interview. Do I go inside the booth, wait in the parking lot, or check in somewhere else? 😭

if you’ve ever worked at 7brew or even been, you’ll know at least half of us are part of the lgbtq community. im bisexual and still in the closet, but ive never not felt like i wouldn’t be accepted by my coworkers. but no, instead we’re doing a DUDE PERFECT COLLAB?? kinda feels like a slap in the face when you work here 6 days a week and they dont gaf about us. we get no time off (unless you schedule it three months in advance), no holiday pay, only one free drink per shift, we have to go out in the freezing cold and blistering heat with nothing to help, and the way they repay all of us is with NOT TAKING OUR TIPS ANYMORE?? why do i even work here still 😭😭 (its bc i cant find another job and i like what i do lol). and i know most of us aren’t gay, but nothing for military either for example?
