Ok so basicly what happaned is that i noticed that one of the game that i suddenly decided to play got refunded for no reason(today)(I know i did not do it since i have played vic3 all day(from 6 in the morning upuntill like30 minutes ego)

Which made me check my emails, and wola it was in chinese

Now I have changed my steam password

And scaned my comp for viruses

Is there anything else I should do or is this fine?

And why would they refund that 1 game?
