Suggestions / Ideas requested please.

Purchased these dolls ( happy family or sunshine can't remember) anyways decided to reroot Gma , she's wearing a wig from barbie you create black box series 3 or 4. Also see the fabrics, small prints and solids. These dolls are 8 to 9 inches in height respectively. Not a solid free stitcher. If anyone has suggestions an were to look for pattern that might accommodate these dolls, I would appreciate it. The grey cord you see is nano paracord. Was toying with the idea of giving one or both of them locs.... thanks again.
