I honestly dont know what to do. I've tried the hacked link, and other support articles. I have been locked out of my account for so long and I have no clue what to do anymore to get it back because meta has no support line. Does anyone know how I can somehow unlink our accounts so I can sign into my own page?

This guy's account has his own email but somehow my phone number and I can't change the phone number because changing it would require me to verify via his email. So i tried to change the email, but it requires his password. So I tried to change the password in order to change the email, but it requires i access his email for verification. It's one huge giant loop and at this point it's starting to feel like a conspiracy -_-

Pls help
