Interview Questions [N/A]

It feels like the last few people we have hired really don't live up to their resume/ interview. They either have no follow thru, won't take initiative, or they see an error and can't trouble shoot to find why the error is occurring and fix it.

What are some of your best questions to weed out the duds being hired for an HR/accounting role?

Doggy Pads are the BEST for puke

As I lay here next to my sick kid, ordering more doggy pads, it got me thinking about how under used they are by people. XL doggy pee pads are my favorite thing to keep on hand. I use them for so many things.

Kid puking- put it on the bed to catch puke so you don't have to keep changing sheets

Potty training- use in the car to protect car seat or in the bed to save the mattress

After swimming- kids sit on them so the seat doesn't get wet from swim suits.

I have also used them to clean up spills in the car and put muddy items on so they don't get my car dirty.
