Im about to take the psych exams and don’t know if I should disclose therapy. Back in 2020 i was 14/15 at the time and I was having a hard time during covid and starting highschool. My parents decided to get me a therapist who diagnosed with anxiety unspecified. Should i tell them and if i dont tell them can they find it in my records
