Would appreciate advice on how to go about this the best way as it is a package with my bridal shower favors for next week :(
I already submitted the description of the items (dhikr counter which is basically a tiny tally counter for religious phrases and a piece of chocolate) FedEx originally told me the chocolate wasn’t a FDA problem, but it is now. I’m waiting to receive an email to fill out a form on the FDA website. Really hoping this is cleared up soon somehow and I get my favors in time. If anyone has examples of how specific I should be, I’d really appreciate it! Thanks in advance

Edit: they are requesting FDA Prior Notice and the Manufacture name and address.
