👋Welcome to r/Bangalorebeyondwork -Bangalore help us to build career. let’s talk about building a life

I’ll start.

I’m 27, building a company in Bangalore.

A few years ago, I thought success would solve most of life’s problems.
Work hard.
Make money.
Build something meaningful.

Simple.

But the more I grow, the more I realize that some of the most important things in life can’t be measured by revenue, promotions, valuations, or job titles.

Friendships become harder to maintain.

Relationships become more complicated.

Time feels more valuable.

And sometimes, despite making progress, you still wonder if you’re focusing on the right things.

So here’s my question to Bangalore:

What is something you thought success would give you, but later realized it couldn’t?

I’d genuinely love to hear your story.
