Atlys Workforce Technologies

Today morning I received a mail that I have been selected for an internship in their company. They are asking me to pay around ₹1500 for a month of internship, stipend will be provided at the end of programme. I am skeptical because I don't remember I've applied for any internship in their portal. If someone knows is this a legit company, will it be really helpful for me or it's just a way to trick me. Help meee guyssss!!!!!!

I left my job and opened a restaurant, No sales.

I recently left my 10LPA job and opened a Hyderabadi fusion restaurant named Kaaram. When we started we could only make 5 plate sales

Now we are able to make 20. People who ate our food kept repeating.

We are on zomato in the name of Kaaram, Please show some love

I got 38 organisations and 7 CA firms using FinBooks.ai in just 30 days 🚀

A couple of months ago, FinBooks.ai was just an idea on a whiteboard.

Today, 38 organisations and 7 CA firms are actively using it.
The crazy part?

None of this started with “let’s build an AI startup.”

It started with frustration.
I come from a finance background, and I kept seeing the same problems everywhere:

•endless GST reconciliations
•manual bookkeeping
•spreadsheet chaos
•invoice mismatches
•hours wasted on repetitive accounting work

Everyone treated it as normal.
But honestly, it felt broken.

So we started building FinBooks.ai with one simple goal:
Make bookkeeping and compliance less painful for businesses.

The first few months weren’t about scaling.
They were about listening.

Every conversation with a CA firm or business owner changed something in the product.

One user asked for customizable MIS reports.
Instead of pushing it into a “future roadmap,” we built and shipped it.

That became our philosophy:
Listen closely. Ship fast. Simplify relentlessly.

Today, FinBooks.ai helps businesses with:
•Reconciles GSTR-1 and GSTR-2B against your books automatically
•Flags ITC mismatches and Rule 37A exposure
•Imports invoices directly from portal JSON into your books
•Real-time bank reconciliation
•MIS reports, payroll, and a virtual CFO assistant

Still early and improving. But seeing real businesses rely on something we built has been incredibly rewarding.

Would genuinely love feedback from founders, accountants, and finance folks here.

I am starting my 2nd year soon and want to get a good internship in tech.

Currently learning DSA and web development.

Can seniors guide:

- What skills should I focus on?

- How much DSA is enough?

- Are projects more important or coding questions?

- Best platforms for internships?

- Any mistakes to avoid?

Would really appreciate your advice. Thanks!

Review request for the onboarding screens of a dev tool I'm building

Hi Folks,

I'm working on an open-source software tool for developers. My application is almost ready, and these are some screenshots of the onboarding screen.

It's a free forever tool, and I don't have any near-future plans to monetize it, nor am I a designer.

Can anyone good at design provide feedback?

PS: The background lake is my wallpaper, not part of the app.

Bangalore Founders & Aspiring Founders – Looking to Connect With Like-Minded People?

Hey Bangalore-based founders and aspiring founders,

Are you looking to connect with other founders, creators, and working professionals?

After hectic work schedules, many of us don’t get enough time to relax or enjoy. And even when we do, it’s hard to find people who understand our mindset and match our frequency to talk, brainstorm, and have fun.

So we started a community where founders and like-minded people can connect.

It’s not only about startups. We also do:

  • Founder meetups
  • Brainstorming sessions
  • Football and cricket
  • Movie plans
  • Casual meetups

The idea is to build a complete ecosystem where you can meet interesting people, share ideas, and avoid the boredom and loneliness that often comes with building something.

If you’re someone looking for this kind of community in Bangalore, feel free to join us.

Am I making a smart founder move or just romanticising Bangalore startup life?

Hey guys,

So me and my co-founder are planning to move to Bangalore around June for like 2-3 months initially, maybe longer if things work out. I’m currently in Delhi rn and honestly kinda confused whether this is a really smart move or I’m just getting too influenced by the whole “startup in bangalore” thing 😭

For context:

I’m a student + founder and I work a lot in hackathons, Web3, tech communities, events etc. We organise events, build stuff, meet people, all that. And tbh it feels like Bangalore has way more opportunities and density for this kinda stuff compared to Delhi.

But at the same time bro Bangalore is EXPENSIVE 😭

I do have some savings but I also dont wanna burn all my money just trying to “live the founder life” there. So rn the plan is:

- take a PG/coliving for first 1-2 months

- explore the city properly

- attend events

- maybe then look for a flat after physically visiting places

Budget wise:

around 10-15k per person for rent ideally. Don’t really care about luxury and all, bas safe area ho, decent wifi ho and not too depressing 💀

Currently looking at:

- BTM

- HSR outskirts

- Electronic City maybe if budget gets bad

Also thinking about founder houses / hacker houses but idk if they’re actually useful or just startup cosplay 😭

Would genuinely love honest opinions from people already living there:

- Is Bangalore still worth moving to for early stage founders/builders?

- Is PG first and flat later the right move?

- Any areas y’all would recommend?

- Any mistakes first-time Bangalore movers make?

- Anything you wish you knew before shifting?

Would appreciate real advice honestly. I’m excited af but also lowkey stressed about money, surviving there, whether this move even makes sense etc.

Thanks :)

Trying to save a student from coding on a phone — Need a decent laptop under ₹10k 💀

Hey guys,

I’m looking to buy a used laptop in Bangalore for a student staying in my PG. I’m paying for it myself to help him out, so my budget is around ₹10k or less.

Need something in good working condition for basic student use like classes, browsing, assignments, etc. No major issues please.

If anyone is selling an old laptop or upgrading and willing to let one go for a reasonable price, please DM me with specs and price. I can personally pick it up anywhere in Bangalore.

Thanks 🙏

Let me educate the Non Bengalis on something. It's called Jhal Mudi.

Jhal Mudi tastes the best when prepared fresh. The main ingredient in Jhal Mudi is fresh Kacchi Ghani Mustard oil and green chillies.

Don't be confused with the brands which are about to launch Jhal Mudi in plastic packets. That could be chakhna but not Jhal Mudi. Don't eat it or you would think that Jhal Mudi tastes like that.

Jhal Mudi is one of the tastiest snacks you can think of. If you are in Delhi then visit CR Park, Market No. 1. In the evening there is a man who stands near Kali Mandir and fish market.

Looking for Investors for Our startup, our mvp is ready and app is now live in playstore.

Hey everyone,

I’m a student, and for the past 3 months, my team and I have been fully focused on building our startup from the ground up.

We’ve finally launched our app on the Play Store, and after spending a lot of time understanding the market, we genuinely believe this has huge potential.

We’re trying to solve real everyday problems in local buying, selling, and helping people relocate more affordably.

Right now, our biggest challenge is scaling. We have the product, the vision, and the drive — but as students, funding for marketing and growth is where we need support.

I’m looking for investment opportunity, or anyone who believes in early-stage startups and would be open to connecting.your

We’ve put everything into this, and we truly want to turn it into something impactful.

If this resonates with you, I’d be grateful to connect.

4+ YOE, laid off, and mentally exhausted from starting over again

4+ years of experience, got laid off, and now I’m stuck in this weird in-between phase of life.

Not a fresher. Not “settled” enough either.

Just constantly carrying responsibilities, family pressure, bills, expectations, and dreams that suddenly feel heavier than before.

People think layoffs are just about losing a job, but honestly, it messes with your head too. One day you’re working, planning your future, thinking about growth… and the next day you’re refreshing LinkedIn, fixing resumes for the 20th time, and questioning your entire career.

The hardest part is pretending to stay calm when everyone around you keeps asking, “Any updates?”

I know I’m skilled. I know I’ve worked hard. But this market makes even experienced people feel replaceable.

Just tired of surviving lately. I want stability again.

I’m Not Asking for Thousands. Just ₹10.

I never thought I’d make a post like this, but life has been financially exhausting lately.

I’m trying to get back on my feet, manage expenses, and create some stability for myself. I know everyone is struggling in their own way, so I’m not asking for large amounts.

But if 1000 people send just ₹10 each, it could genuinely change my situation completely.

No pressure at all even reading this means a lot.

If you’d like to help, here’s my QR code. ❤️
