Two freshers building a startup — looking for people who actually want to build 🚀

hey everyone!

we are two first-year students from our college, and we have been working on an early-stage startup idea that we are pretty damn serious about.

We are starting from scratch, and instead of waiting until we have everything figured out, we want to build a small team of people from our own college who are genuinely passionate about creating something...

We are looking for people across different areas, including:

• Strong coders / developers — you dont need to b some competitive programming god. If you can build things, understand what your code is doing, and are comfortable learning fast, that's enough. Even if you're a good “vibe coder” but actually understand and take ownership of what you build, we're interested.

• UI/UX people — people who care about making products intuitive and actually enjoyable to use.

• Designers — visual design, branding, graphics, product design, etc.

• People interested in AI / automation — if you've been experimenting with AI tools, agents, automation, APIs, etc., we'd love to talk.

• Product / business / research people — if you're good at finding problems, researching markets, thinking about products, or figuring out how something can actually become a business.

• Content / marketing / growth — people who understand social media, content, outreach, branding, or just have a strong instinct for getting attention.

You do NOT need to know everything. In fact, we'd rather have someone who's extremely good at one thing and hungry to learn than someone who claims to know ten things.

We're also freshers, so we're not expecting years of experience or some insane resume. Projects, curiosity, consistency and actually being willing to build matter much more to us.

We're looking for people who:

→ actually enjoy building things
→ can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
→ learn quickly
→ aren't afraid of ambitious goals
→ can handle things being messy in the beginning
→ want to build something beyond just another college project

This isn't a college club, and we're not looking to create another WhatsApp group where everyone talks for two weeks and disappears. 😭

We're trying to build an actual startup, and we'd like to find a few people who want to be part of that journey from the beginning.

If you're interested, DM me with:

  1. Your name + branch/year
  2. What you're good at / interested in
  3. Anything you've built or worked on (projects, GitHub, designs, content, businesses, whatever)
  4. What you'd like to contribute
  5. Why you're interested

No fancy resume required. If you've got something you've built, show us.

We're keeping the initial team small, so we'll talk to people individually and figure out where everyone fits.

Let's see what we can build.
