How much it cost to open a digital marketing startup up?

I’m planning to start a digital marketing agency in Bangalore and would love to get some insights from founders and agency owners who have experience in this space.
I’m looking at setting up a proper office in a prime location in Bangalore with a team of 10 members.
I’d like to understand the approximate investment required for the following:
🏢 Office space: Rent, security deposit, and maintenance in a prime location.
💻 Infrastructure: 10 workstations, laptops/desktops, furniture, internet, and other essentials.
🎬 Creative setup: Equipment for content creation, photography, videography, and editing.
👥 Team expenses: Initial hiring costs and monthly salaries.
🛠️** Software & tools**: Adobe Creative Cloud, marketing tools, subscriptions, and other business software.
📢 Marketing & operations: Branding, website, client acquisition, and miscellaneous expenses.
My main questions:
How much initial investment would I need to set up everything properly?
What would be the approximate monthly operating cost?
How much working capital should I keep aside for the first 6 months?
Is it better to lease a private office or start with a premium coworking space?
I’m looking for realistic numbers based on the current Bangalore market, not just a bare-minimum setup.
Would really appreciate advice from people who have built or run digital marketing agencies. What would you recommend? 🙏
