[TOMT] Need help finding a manga
I’m trying to find a manga I don’t remember the name of. I don’t recall the overall story, but there’s one specific scene I remember: The main character is a small girl (loli-type) with long, light-colored hair. The manga was in black and white, and her hair wasn’t colored in, so I assume it’s a light color (white or blonde). She wears a long, off-shoulder outfit that’s “short-ish” in length (iI think it just a over sized shirt— loose enough that you can’t clearly see whether she’s wearing pants or a skirt underneath.
In one scene, she sees a bald man, and she plucks out one of her own hairs and tries to give it to him (like a weirdly kind or funny gesture). The tone felt a bit comedic or quirky, but I’m not sure if the series overall is comedy, fantasy, adventure, or something else.
