Bouncing Around

2023 Grad. I stayed at my first firm for almost two years. I left because the partner I worked under also left. After that, I didn’t have much guidance and had to handle not only my own work but all of hers. She had about 10 years of experience, so it was hard to manage without support.

I then moved to my current firm, and I’d be close to two years here around March 2027, which is when I need to leave. My parents are having some health issues, and I want to be closer to them (live across the state). I’m a little worried that leaving around January–March might look bad since I’ve been at each firm for about two years. What do y'all think?

Thanks, I appreciate any advice!
