Hey gang. Im getting married in 2 weeks and for some reason I didnt try to fix this earlier

So I have a strapless wedding dress and I have major side boob. The back is a little low so a simple strapless bra wont do. Whenever I google how to use boob tape its all about lift, but I havent seen anyone say how to pull the side boob forward.

Is this possible? Do I need something else? Am I cooked?

22 dress size, 40D if that helps

I tried the sticky bras that hook together in the front but it just pulls the front part together, doesnt gather the side. My tailor is butting in bra cups but I fear underwire is the only thing powerful enough to wrangle the under armpit fat.
