What can you take for pain?
i have a bulging disc in my neck that is super flared up, muscle involvement now and possibly pinched nerve causing a lot of pain down my arm. what can I safely take for pain? I’ve always heard NSAIDs are a no-no. what can we take for anti-inflammatory that is MCAS safe?
