Verification failed: Multiplie account detected
Hello,
When I try to verify my account, I receive the following message:
"Verification failed. It looks like you already have a verified account with the same information. According to FACEIT rules, having multiple accounts is not allowed. Please log in with your main account to continue gaming."
However, I have not registered any other FACEIT account, and I do not have any other FACEIT account that has been verified with my personal information.
I would also like to mention that I have already opened multiple tickets regarding this issue, but unfortunately I keep receiving the same generic responses, which do not address my specific situation.
I am determined to complete the verification process on my account, as I would like to play Verified and Premium matchmaking on FACEIT. At the moment, I am unable to access these features because of this verification issue.
