For the past 6+ years, I've been seeing the number 116 everywhere. It shows up so often that I've started wondering if there's any meaning behind it.

I notice it on clocks, receipts, phone numbers, license plates, and other random places. Sometimes it happens multiple times in a day, and other times I'll see it unexpectedly when I'm not even thinking about it.
