What Did We Address This Offseason and What Category Do We still Need to Tend to?

What Did We Address This Offseason and What Category Do We still Need to Tend to? Not a complicated question by any means, but a way to stop and reflect on where we improved vs the parts of this roster we still need to patch up

Back-to-Backs are Killing Me.

Are you saying that we play Miami, Atlanta, Philly, Detroit, Toronto, Dallas (of course), Cleveland, Phoenix and Minnesota all on the second night of a back-to back (excluded all the lighter teams).

I know all teams play multiple back-to-backs but why place us against Giannis and Bam, LeBron and the Sixers, Dallas, Harden and Mitchell, Brooks and Booker along with LaMelo and Ant?

Not trying to sound whiny but I was hoping to face more of the Sacramento Kings of the league on the second night of a btb, not powerhouses left and right

Does DK have a Future on this Team?

I see mixed feelings about DKs future on the Lakers all over the media. Some groups claim that JJ held him back last season and worsened his already lacking of confidence by keeping him on the bench, whereas other Laker fans feel like he can not overcome this slump he was in last season and believe it would be best to package him in a trade to get his salary off the books.

What do you guys think?

Reckon that ticket prices will go down ever so slightly?

I joined the fanbase after being introduced to basketball ball 2 seasons ago and live in Europe. Whenever I plan on visiting the USA during holidays, I always look into Laker games that may be played around the area and have found some ticket prices to be extremely unreasonable, especially when compared to other teams. With the spotlight LBJ brought gone, is there a chance that said prices will be lowered??? Would really like to know this to plan a trip to a game sometime soon!

Don't mean to make this all about me but I am genuinely wondering!

Adou Thieros Future with the Team

After watching his first Summer League game (technically, it was the CL but whatever), worry was definitely something I was feeling.

He was out of control,

Impatient with his shots,

Did not look like he knew his role.

But after a game or two, the improvement can be seen. He made the right passes when he knew he would have just gone crashing into a defender, his form is looking clean (I believe he is just cold from 3 and a majority of his shots are going in and out), his finishing started to look more natural alongside his athleticism, and he is looking like a solid third string PF that can grit and grind on D while also cutting and catching lobs.

The Way the NBA Fandom is Currently Talking About Kennard and Rui Would Make You Think They are Unflawed, 2-way Wings.

The way the NBA fandom is currently talking about Kennard and Rui would make you think they are unflawed, beastly 2-way Wings.

Before the Playoffs started, everyone said the downfall of us was going to be due to our 1 dimensional players (mentioned Rui and LK a lot), but now that they are gone, why is everyone acting like they are some of the top 2 way Guards/Wings in the league?

What Grade Would You Give the Lakers Offseason As it Currently Stands?

*Could not find a picture that included Looney and Williams so just keep those two players in mind as well.

I would give our offseason a solid b/b-. We got the long term, defensive lob threat at the center position, compared to last season, our 2nd unit+overall depth is amazing, we added more size, athleticism, on/off ball IQ, shooting+defense
