Air hunger?

Recently I have had episodes where I manually breathe and feel like I’m not getting enough air causing me anxiety and the feeling like i’m going to suffocate. It ends up going away and I forget about it for awhile but it seems like it always comes back. It started about 2 weeks ago and I experienced it for the first time, It was scary and it made my heart rate go up a lot. I wanna say it went on for about 2 days till it stopped and felt like I wasn’t manually breathing. It then started again recently about 2-3 days ago on and off. I have slight chest pains and it doesn’t seem to stay in one spot. Yesterday I was completely fine and then randomly when i laid down to go to sleep, it felt like my nose was congested causing me to manually breathe and feel like I wasn’t getting enough air. I ended up falling asleep after my nose cleared a little but today I woke up again with chest pain and feeling like I am not able to get a full breath. I almost feel light headed, and I feel like it could be because I’m over breathing but I’m not sure. I have also been experiencing bad anxiety and I recently quit smoking THC dabs which is really concentrated. Just want to know I’m not alone in feeling like this. I checked my SpO2% and it was normal but I’m just worried it could be something more.. Gonna try and go to urgent care today.

Random air hunger+left chest pain

So randomly last week, I had a crazy panic attack for no reason.. It caused me to breathe manually and my heart rate was very high. My heart rate eventually came down but the breathing stayed for a couple of days. Feeling like this made me not want to smoke so I ultimately quit smoking THC dabs, this lead to withdrawal and a lot more anxiety.. Yesterday I experienced the same thing with the breathing, I ended up falling asleep but today I am still slightly manually breathing and now I have a slight sharp feeling in the left side of my chest along with my chest feeling heavy. I feel like it could be muscle strains or soreness, something along those lines but it’s just very scary considering I never experienced anything like this before. It seems like the pains come and go in the left side of my chest, but I just want to know that I’m okay.. I haven’t went to the doctor or anything yet but I just want some insight or reassurance on what it could be.
