I have question with Help messages going to Justin if you have an issue with a game, coins or missing carousel etc.. When you get a reply it usually states sent to team. Then states you can add anything you think will be useful. What is he referring to anything that could be useful? Appreciate it any help you may have.

I realize probably stupid question. Justplay sends notifications to check my inbox, leaving reward still waiting and a few more different ones. Sometimes real time but I can't figure out where inbox is or what reward it is referring too. Inbox really puzzles me. Appreciate a little help please.
Not trying butt into folks business but I would just like to post this and leave it at that. I couldn't screen shot all of policy. I just see this question alot. I too had the question when I got new device.
I played Threadform many levels just to discover I been robbed again. Sometimes I look to see while I am playing if the coins are rolling in. Some days to my eyes surprise wow look at them all. Other days today I look and nothing. Not one coin been earned playing a game. Little more here lately. Break time. Hope the banks are feeling full in a day or so.
