This is my first pc it is a gift had it for about three years now it . I don’t now what the temps were before never really thought about it but recently it started giving me some trouble and issues pointed to temperature being the issue so I replaced the thermal paste in the cpu. The idle temp is is high low 40s to low 50s but when I stress test using fine bench it averages like 110. I dunno what to do the thermal paste should be right I wiped it down put the paste on and everything. I’m at a loss on what to do any help would be appreciated. The cpu is an intel r core i7. And chat got is telling me I have an Aio cooler I dunno what that means though. I would send a picture but it does not let me
