43 and upskilling at PSB Academy. Will I get a job?

I’m 43 years old this year with about 20 years of working experience. I’m graduating from PSB Academy next year (April 2027) with a Diploma in Global Supply Chain Management, which I’m taking full-time this year. My kids have all grown up and are in their late teens.

I have about 20 years of working experience in the chemical industry. Right now, I really wonder if the employment market will be able to accept an older worker with my qualifications. I’m planning to pursue a degree programme once I get a job.

Seeing that even younger people with degrees are having a hard time getting a job, is there any hope left for me?
