I Have fine silky hair (male) it looks good on outside but the problem is it lays flat down, can't get that volume in my hair (HELP)

I used this and its 10/10 for smooth hydrated hair BUT this gets my hair flat down. What should I do to get that volume in my hair like any specific product or smth plz help.
I have like 4 inch fine hair, is there any shampoo which i can use every 2 days cause my scalp gets oily fast too. Like a shampoo which i can use every 2 days and volumizing too.
