I purchased my earbuds in October 2025 and have been having issues with my left earbud for about 4 months now. It dies far quicker than the right (sometimes an hour or more, despite it saying it was fully charged). I used the online customer service formtwice without a response. Now in the last 2 weeks it's now not charging past 70-75% and dies even quicker. When it dies it wakes me up, which defeats the point of the earbuds! I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting and still no joy.
