Recently upgraded to Ozlo 2 after one of my original Ozlo buds died 18 months in (customer service was pretty good, offered a decent discount on the upgrade). I like them a lot so far, they are more comfortable and seem more reliable. But the lights on the case are SO BRIGHT. I usually don’t put them in until I’m ready to go to sleep and I swear the brightness wakes up my spouse. It would be amazing to have a dim toggle.
Will try to summarize here..
My Sleepbuds 2 (set in dedicated sound machine/non Bluetooth mode) had an alarm set for 8am. I woke up early, took them out of my ears and into the case.
At 8am, I get a notification on my iPhone that my Sleepbuds alarm is going off. I wasn’t home, so couldn’t check until 5pm.
Does this mean the alarm was ringing in the Sleepbuds almost all day? Do I need to manually turn off the alarm every day if I wake up early?
I thought for sure that just putting them in the case, they would be smart enough to know that I woke up and don’t need the alarm.
Interested in getting the sleepbuds but I am on call many nights for work. I may get either a phone call or a page (comes through as loud beeps on an app on my phone) that I must wake up to.
Is there a setting for these to come through the buds? Will I still hear these from the phone while wearing them? Thanks.
Unfortunately, after a relatively short period of use, my earbuds developed a charging issue. After more than two weeks of troubleshooting, providing documentation, and dealing with disrupted sleep, Ozlo offered only $80 off a replacement pair. Given the hefty price tag and reports of other owners experiencing hardware issues around 1½–2 years, I’m disappointed in both the product’s longevity and the lack of consideration for a loyal customer. What a shame that a product I once enthusiastically recommended has lost my trust.

I’m an AirPods Pro3 user to block the snoring of my partner at night. As a side sleeper, the AirPods stem is hurting my ears over time. airpods is a great product but not for sleeping.
What’s the community think about this Sleepbuds2? How’s the quality, use case and satisfaction with blocking noise at night. I felt the device is a bit expensive so I want to check community opinion first.

Hey! I’ve had my Ozlo 2 buds for about a month. I don’t end up sleeping amazing because my inner ears start to hurt during the night. I experience a sharp, achy pain. I’ve dropped down to a size smaller in the buds but it didn’t help. I’m a side sleeper.
Any tips? Really hoping to wear them Thursday into Friday to block out noise. Thank you!
