My sleepbuds are stuck in update mode with the trailing light going left to right. My right bud also keeps flashing and it seems like neither buds are charging at all. What can be done about this? I’ve tried all the tricks of resetting them and restarting them and have even used the computer method as well. Does anyone have experience with this?

One earbud gone really quiet. I have tried all cleaning tips and resetting and changed the sounds but to no avail. Very disappointed as I cant live without them
I am on my third pair and am so frustrated. They are the only thing that drowns out my upstairs neighbors enough to sleep. I’ve had this pair for maybe a year and the same thing is starting to happen that happened with my second pair..
When I connect them and take them out and put them in my ears and close the case to go to sleep they disconnect. The sound still plays for a while luckily but still so frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else? I don’t want to pay for ANOTHER pair or send them into support bc I legit can’t sleep without them even for a night.
Starting off by saying that my Ozlos have been great after some updates. I've had them since the kickstarter. Support was very helpful and recently replaced the right one because the battery started only lasting about 6 hours.
The left one is now doing something weird. It'll be fine and then it will start going quieter and quieter, until it starts crackling and goes out all together. If I shake my head a bit, it will come back for a bit and then do it again. For some reason, if I open the case and leave it open, it calms down, not sure why that is. I've checked the buds for any earwax, but there isn't anything noticeable.
My guess is that there is earwax behind the actual place where the sound comes out, but that doesn't explain why the earbud works better when the case is open. The buds and the case are on the latest firmware.
Has anybody experienced this? Any fixes?

I received my Ozlos yesterday and wanted to try them for the first time today.
Unfortunately, as soon as I put them in my ears, I hear a very high-pitched whining/ringing noise. It’s incredibly annoying and I can hear it all the time, whether I’m playing sounds or even when there’s complete silence.
Right after setting them up, I updated them to the latest firmware, so they’re fully up to date.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for it, or does this sound like a hardware defect and I should return them? :(
Edit: I discovered that adjusting the volume in the app briefly disables the high frequency for 0.5s before it resumes.

I backed the sleep buds on kickstarter and ive really loved them. but they’ve become almost unusable.
the right sleep bud dies much earlier than the left now and often wakes me up with the noise when it disconnects in the middle of the night.
charging seems to be inconsistent. I charged them and the case yesterday and last night the buds died 5 minutes after I put them in.
I can’t seem to update the firmware now. when I try it gets to 1% and throws an error about “peer failed to respond to ATT value indication“.
minor thing but the case light showing it’s charging no longer works it seems
am I just SOL? Do I need to drop hundreds on brand new ones?
So starting yesterday my right earbud won’t charge. At first I thought it was because I didn’t have it seated correctly but multiple times I’ve made sure it was charging with the light going and everything and it still won’t charge. I’ve checked the contacts and reset with the pin in the back and still nothing. When I come back to see if they’ve charged it’s always back at 0. I’ve had them less than a week and I’m disappointed because I LOVE all the features of these buds and they were just what I was looking for
I keep reading about the recent change in connection quality where people start getting disconnected being 30 cm away and it seems to be one ear bud, most often the right one. I have the same issue and it came out of nowhere a few days ago. They keep saying to people it’s ear wax but I reckon that’s BS. Are everyone having these problems or is it just some unlucky people?
Has anyone had issues with Ozlo customer service recently?
I placed an order on June 12th and my package was supposed to be delivered today. It finally made it to New Jersey (my state), then suddenly tracking updated and now it's in Florida.
I've emailed and texted Ozlo and haven't received a response. I leave for an international trip next week and specifically ordered these in advance for that trip.
At this point I'm trying to figure out if I should keep waiting or purchase a different pair from another brand ASAP. Has anyone had success getting a response from them or having a shipment issue resolved?
So my right sleepbud started to get quieter and quieter until it just stopped making noise alltogether. I tried using Q-tip and tape but that didn't work. I also updated everything to the lastest app and firmware. I think what may have hindered my success was using alcohol to clean the speaker. The earbud was also cracked. So my question is, do you have replacement speaker part for sale where i can replace the speaker by soldering the wires? Or do you sell just the one earbud? I bought these years ago but they have worked for me since.
