I was not happy with my current role in my company for a while and therefore they offered me to transfer to another department that I would like to progress into, which is an area that's quite hard to step foot in. However, I also don't see a lot of potentials with this company as it is quite old school and is looking to relocate to a bigger city. Should I get the experience internally and lock in for a few months or keep looking external for any role and move to another company asap?
