Phone Screening interview

Hey Guys! I have a phone screening today @ 4:30p. Haven’t had an interview for a job for the last 3 years (been at my current job for since). Anything I should know, what might be asked?
Currently work as supervisor for C-Store (full time), just looking for part time gig to help with funds to move apartments in a couple months.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dental Insurance ?

Question for any with our dental insurance especially my central Florida (Orlando) associates. Where do you guys find out which dentist to go to? I’ve had the insurance for a while, have yet to use it, but I noticed a couple cavities earlier this week. And was trying to find out the best one possible.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Question about Leads?

So for my mangers and supervisors out there, how are your leads? Like do they do their job to the fullest or do they that just skate bye?
Lil Backstory:
I have this lead on 3rd, they’re my second lead that I have since I’ve been promoted to TS. My first was easy as room temp butter, but my second not so much.

I don’t know if it’s because it’s been put on her by the members in my sls team for them to be lead or if she wants it. Like i see she the potential, even saw her drive at one pointe, but ever since she been promoted it’s like it’s gone. It’s almost impossible for her to get set (singular) temps done. She can barely check in a vendor, and yes she’s had the proper amount time and training. She hardly doesn’t want to be in deli ( I get nobody does), and when she is she always has an excuse on why she’s behind or something. My understanding, is how can you be behind, we’re at a decent slow store except for weekends (race way down the road), like there always an excuse and no accountability.

So back to my question from up top, how are guys leads? Do go above and beyond, meet the expectations, or just skate bye. And if anyone has advice for me don’t hesitate on saying it. Please.
