What people do not see behind elite families
I have noticed how people talk about elites these days.
Most people only see the end result. The lifestyle, comfort and connections. It looks like it was always there, like it just came easy or was simply inherited.
But what people do not see is the struggle behind it. I have been through a phase where I had nothing in my pocket. There were days I could not even buy milk for my baby. Alhamdolillah, I kept going through all the challenges and my only hope was Allah. During that time, I did not ask my family for support because I wanted to build myself.
The same goes for my father. He came from a very modest background, faced his own challenges, but built what people today would call elite, or close to it.
Someone in every such story takes the risk, faces uncertainty and keeps pushing when it is not easy. That is what builds generational wealth.
Being born into it is one part. Building it is a completely different story.
