Ectopic advice? Positive test again HELP

Hi, im just looking for some advice please.

F, 31, 3rd pregnancy, no living children.

Last October, I had an ectopic which was removed at 7 weeks along with my left fallopian tube. There was no rupture, but for context, I had very little symptoms before I found out i was pregnant other than brown discharge when I should have had my period, pain around my belly button and then cramps and some sharp pains after finding out.

During the surgery the surgeon tested my tubes with dye and she said both were damaged, and I would be a good candidate for ivf. (She said no more, not that i couldnt concieve, nor that i couldnt have a normal intrauterine pregnancy - just that ivf would bypass the tubes)

I chose not to take contraception after my ectopic, because it messed with my body to much when I was younger and I didnt want to use it ever again. Thats all I really have to say on the matter.

I am now pregnant again, and i should only be around 4 weeks 2 days.

I have a good few mostly normal pregnancy symptoms, Heavy breasts, sensitive nipples, creamy thicker discharge, cervix high, softer and closed, bloating (I look 4 months preg at 4 weeks 😅), abdominal tightness (right across not on one side). I have also had a bit of lower back pain and groin pain on and off, and my sciatica nerve (but im unsure whether this is due to 13 hr days at my new job) and the odd niggling on my left (right ovary side) but this is VERY minimal and has only happened a couple times.

I have been feeling things since ovulation (I am hyper sensitive to it now) the bloating has been there since I ovulated and never went down discharge has slowly got heavier.

Ive had no pain, no concerning symptoms, and i had zero bloating with my last ectopic. all of these are pointing towards a normal pregnancy. But im so scared to be let down again.

Has anyone has symptoms like these and its turned out to be ectopic? The concern I have is my remaining damaged tube, its the only thing potentially preventing it getting to the right place as I was told everything else was very heallthy.

We have felt the last few cycles, my body has been showing signs of 'trying' to get pregnant, and this is the outcome.

I will call my gp and maternity unit tomorrow. Does anyone have advice other than call the Dr? Because I cant on a Sunday evening. A&E will not scan me, i would be sent home and told to come back the next day etc.

Im aware ectopics can present differently, but surely not polar opposites? 😭

Thanks in advance.
