I need some advice
I’m 52 and interested in getting into boxing training as a way to improve my reflexes, build coordination, and get in better shape. I’m looking for a Cobra Reflex Bag that I can use at home, either inside or on the patio, but I don’t have a lot of extra space.
My budget is around $300 or less, and I’m trying to find the best quality option in that range. I’ve looked at several models, including the Vali Nista, Vali Lotus, Title, Ringside, and even the cheaper Boxflex bag that’s been advertised on Facebook.
I understand that I’ll probably need to use weights to help keep the base stable. What I’m really looking for is a bag with the spring positioned toward the top of the bar, not near the base. I want something with a fast, accurate return that will actually help with timing, reflexes, and basic boxing movement.
I'm at a loss on what I should get. Any advice?
