Avoid Using Dacby – Bad Experience Selling PS5 Games

Just wanted to warn fellow gamers about my experience with Dacby. I sold my PS5 game CDs to them, and while they accepted some items, they rejected a few discs even though they were in perfect working condition with no major damage.
The worst part is that they created a return request for the rejected discs but never shipped them back. It has been weeks with no proper update from their side. Their customer support is terrible:
Calls rarely connect
Emails get generic copy-paste replies
No proper resolution or accountability
It honestly feels very unprofessional and frustrating, especially when you trust them with your expensive games. Sad to see a company that got featured on Shark Tank handling customers like this.
If you value your games, money, and peace of mind, I’d strongly suggest avoiding Dacby for selling or exchanging consoles/games.
Anyone else faced similar issues with them?
