How can I get financing for a private car sale? Are there lenders that offer similarly as a dealership loan, or are there dealerships that will finance a car I found on my own?

I’m looking for something like a monthly membership where I can occasionally store food and cook (not for a business). Dealing with small apartment kitchens and roommates makes cooking tough, so I'm wondering if this exists or if people use alternatives.
Just to add, I’m also open to Airbnb-style spaces, or even a local cooking school that gives access to their kitchen.
