Sudden Aggression (Cat)

Hi All! Thank you in advance for any advice!

I’ve had my two cats for four years since they were kittens. My girl cats had always been a little weary of my boy cat but they’ve more or less been friends their whole lives. No aggression ever until a few months ago. My husband and I moved to a new apartment (the fourth apartment the cats have lived in their lives) in January. At the beginning of February they were playing and all of the sudden the girl cat started screaming, tail puffed, growling, hissing, etc. She had been aggressive towards the boy cat ever since. We separated them for over a month in different rooms, tried to reintroduce, took her to the vet, etc. The vet prescribed Prozac and gabapentin but she won’t take oral meds. They did bloodwork and nothing is wrong with her. We recently let them be together to see what would happen and they were relatively fine for a few days but her aggression is getting worse again. I’m worried about my boy cat’s quality of life but I hate separating them because the girl cat is stuck in our tiny NYC bedroom all alone for most of the day.

Any advice on what behavioral issue is going on, how to solve it, or how to get my cat to take liquid oral meds?
