There’s been several situations where shoppers ask me not to get certain items on their list… and obviously I’m aware this impacts my rating by not getting items in stock, so I don’t do it. Usually just tell them to cancel the order or I do myself. But is there any other way to handle this? To where I don’t lose the order

Received $5 a week when I went over 125 miles cause gas got so high. And now it’s like 30 cents higher than it was, but haven’t received the gas bump in two weeks. Not like it was much help anyways but just wondering where it went 🤣
