You never know...

You definitely never know where Instacart will take you sometimes. I have never regretted an order as much as this one. I had to load it 100% by myself. The crew was nice though and told me to take some stuff home because they had no room. Tip was only 20 dollars and probably won't be increased. Was a cool experience though!

How was your week?

Somewhat underwhelming week with all of the app issues but I can’t complain. Sunday is usually the busiest days of the week but with yesterday’s holiday it seems to be as busy as a regular weekday.

Hope everyone hit their goal! 💪

So what does this mean?

I have this promo rn. Does this mean IC will give me the remaining amount if I don’t make $240 after 51 orders?

Looks like notifications with no visible orders again. What's your tier?

Fellow Shoppers, What Are Y'all's Tier???

So most of us have been getting notifications, but nothing pops up on screen, even when we're physically on batch screen. Mine started last week. Some people have been having issue 2 or more weeks. I wonder if it's one of those things that trickle from top to bottom. Where the people at higher tier like Diamond Cart are being affected more than anyone lower, ratio wise. Because I know a few lowered tiered people who are actually getting orders on their screens, while I'm only getting notifications.

Would you shop this order?

Target triple. Looks to be all food and baby stuff, and one electronics item. Now it's gone up to $94 and it just disappeared from my screen. Other considerations - the final delivery is in a red hot zone.

Did I spend too much?

I usually don’t shop for myself, but I had a shop 2 at Fry’s and one of the customers needed one of these. They had to pull some from the back so I grabbed one and then I noticed this price on one of them! Usually, I don’t spend this much money, but I figured I had to lol 😂

Stores that are instacart friendly

I shopped at Kroger for the first time while doing Instacart yesterday. It was so awesome and easy. I live really close to a Kroger so hopefully I'll be able to get those frequently.

What stores do you find the easiest?

Which ones are the hardest? I found Dollar Tree to be very frustrating or at least the one I went to. Things were not organized and it was hard just walking through the store.

Does anyone else get annoyed by this ?

When Costco employees tell you how terrible your preboxed setup is ? Literally was told this by a snooty lady today, like excuse me if I want to have fruits and the meat set up so they don’t get smashed and contaminate other things why I do people have to be so condescending

Notification issues again

Keep seeing notifications at the top preview showing store and dollar amount, never shows up and keeps saying batch no longer available. Every single order. Something is jacked, just deleted and reinstalled and doing the same.

Decreased tips on Instacart

Be careful accepting orders with high tips. Pay attention to after the order has been delivered. People will place an order and add a high tip so you accept the order. Once you deliver the order, they decrease their tip. I just accepted an order with a total of $54 and some change and a tip of $30. After I delivered the order, which was a smooth delivery, got all the items, followed instructions to delivery and everything…. Only for the person to decrease the tip by $16.36. Which then dropped my total for that batch to $39. They shouldn’t be allowed to do that. You accept an order thinking you will be paid one thing and get another. It’s not right at all. A waste of time because you could’ve been doing a different order unknowingly.

Are we fr… like come on

Good amount of orders coming up but what is this… either getting triples w 50+ items & 10+ miles for like maybe $30 or crap like this. A few have come up with decent tips & low miles between the store and the customer… except the store is 20 minutes away from me. Also 3 out of those 4 of these orders are still sitting here 30 mins later lmfao

I see this on my screen every single time I tap a notification

This is ridiculous that this keeps happening this week. How have they not fixed it yet?
