Anyone who has mild sleep apnea(how AHI high RDI) find relief with a cervical collar?

I have a low AHI of 4.6 and high RDI of 26 so I don't qualify for CPAP and have mild case of obstructive sleep apnea of my soft palate.

Wonder if anyone has used a cervical collar and found relief?

I have positional obstructive sleep apnea and don't know how to treat it...

I have upper airway issues causing collapse of my soft palate and my long uvula.

I ALWAYS sleep on my side with a elevated wedge pillow. Some mornings I feel just ok and and some mornings my body is vibrating just from the sheer fatigue. My body feels like it's slowly deteriorating and my blood pressure is slowly increasing and so is my blood sugar.

I bit the bullet and got a custom Mandibular advancement device costing me $3000. So far it's stopped my snoring after a month of use but absolutely did not do anything for my sleep apnea.

My ENT recommended Mandibular advancement device because my AHI wasn't high enough and my main collapse is at the soft palate and uvula.

Any tips is welcome

Quality has gone down hill faster than Starbucks

I have 6 locations in my area and when they opened up, man was it great! ratio of coffee to milk and syrup, quality of coffee beans and the rewards on the app were very generous.

I use to go at least 3-4 times a week now I barely go. Now when I go, it's basically milk with syrup. Sometimes something is missing, can't taste the coffee, sometimes it's so sweet, I gag and sometimes there no syrups and is just straight up milk.

Has anyone else been seeing this or is it just my DutchBros? I know most corporation when they go mainstream they sell out their customers by reducing quality and increasing prices but didn't expect it to be so quick

I need a pillow recommendation for my OSA, any recommendations?

I was diagnosed with UAR (large soft palate and uvula) after a sleep study. My sleep used to be just "ok" decades of anxiety, fatigue, exhaustion etc..I use to just chaulk it to just being who I was. Until a year ago where I fell asleep accidently on my back against the wall sitting up. WOW, I could not believe it, because a different person and almost gave myself a panic attack because my mind could not process what happened.

Now my brain has become a drug addict seeking that same "high" for almost a year with my symptoms only getting worse. I've tried duplicating it but everytime I do, I last maybe 20 minutes of sitting upright in my bed before my back aches, my neck muscles tense up, shoulders hurting and blood flow to my head getting cut off and I eventually give up.

I've spent $400 on all kinds of pillows from wedges, to memory foam, feather, contour pillows. You name it, I tried it.

After going to my ENT he recommended I get a custom MAD which I did and have been using it for a month. Tried all the different adjustments with no real changes. It did stop my snoring but it also caused a complete seal of my soft palate so now I complete lose airflow and feeling worse in the morning.

My space is limited so I can really get a recliner as I live in a studio. Any help with a pillow or a solution is much appreciated

What’s a good pillow I can use to sleep sitting upright with my back against the wall?

I unfortunately don’t have a recliner chair. I have OSA and a year ago I accidentally slept with my back against the wall in my bed(best sleep of my life) and my sleep hasn’t been the same…it’s been getting worse and worse and I am just not able to do it again. My back starts hurting, my shoulders get squished and my neck gets tense and my head gets sore…

Is there any pillows that I can use to sleep like this?

We have a support number that is on our page that people call and leave a voicemail and than we have them fill out a support case on our page and that is suppose to trigger my automation that creates the flow.

Case creation portion is straightforward but the voicemail audio attachment is what I'm having a hard time with. What's the best approach? Trigger? APEX? Flow? I'm a admin so my job title ends with Flows, anything after that goes to our devs.
