I remember when working there how important they made the health inspection to be. I even worked at this shop that got closed down. What could have gone so wrong for them to fail?
There’s two others in town that still have A, and they are all owned by the same people so I can’t think what went so wrong? Also if I can trust them when they open again.

They supposedly got close since the AC/ HVAC system broke and it goes against code to not have a working AC. I only say supposedly since the shop itself hasn’t said anything but it’s what the community is

i’ve been working for the company the last 4+ years and absolutely HATE the way things are now. “well you know you can just leave!” yes i know that but the job market is impossible these days. it’s such a money hungry company with nothing in return. you stand outside in the sun all day they dgaf if it’s 100° you still gotta do it, new drop every week with not enough people on shift, and not getting paid a liveable wage. it’s EXTREMELY EXHAUSTING and im full time!!!!!! we never get bonuses or anything thanking us for doing our jobs and honestly all the managers are west coast weirdos who peaked in high school. i wouldn’t be that annoyed by this if the company wasn’t paying all the managers to basically have a frat party in vegas. i literally saw a manager partake in very illegal substances on an instagram post (not devils lettuce more like snow!). dutch wants to make “a better world” how about start making your company a better place for your employees?? we don’t get a bonus but don’t worry you’ll see dutch throwing away money to a bunch of frats and sororities in the next couple months 😍!

Howdy friends!!! For the past year since 6/26/25, I’ve been keeping track of how many times I get each color for the straws!!

Below, each colored heart will have the corresponding number of times I was given a straw in that color:

🩷 - 18

🧡 - 13

💙 - 7

💚 - 13

💛 - 11

According to my research, pink is the most common straw that I was given and blue is rare (at least for my experience) lol.

I would also like to note that I did not include the holiday season straws as that is when they were the same every time. This data was also collected from 4 local Dutch Bros in my area.

I thought that this would be a fun experiment to do and decided to share it with y’all!!! If you have any similar experiences, I’d love to hear them below!!!
