So I don’t go to DB too often, just occasional treat. I went today because my husband wanted their sticker as he is a sticker collector type of guy. I asked the girl for low calorie, high protein latte and she recommended golden eagle with sugar free syrups and protein milk. I was like meh whatever, because I tried torani sugar free syrups in my regular black coffee at home and they left terrible sweetener aftertaste, just nasty. I got my coffee, I drove off, was dreading to try it, I tried it…. My lord THIS WAS AMAZING. Somehow I didnt feel the sweetener aftertaste and the iced latte was just so delicious. It was such an enjoyable drink.
But this whole time I wonder, how come I felt such a terrible aftertaste in torani sugar free caramel syrup and nothing this time??? Is it because I use normal black coffee at home instead of espresso shot??

Okay, I'm here to annoy you guys instead of my Broista haha. I'm very particular with my coffee and I'm not exactly sure what it is I'm looking for. I've tried a lot of drinks and they don't always quite hit for me. I like my coffee sweet, but to still be able to taste espresso strongly. I don't really care for cold brews as I don't find them concentrated enough. I like most of the mochas I've tried. The Hazelnut Truffle Mocha has been my favorite, but it's not quite right. Soft top is my best friend. I tried a double torture recently and it actually bordered on too strong for me. I know how obnoxious this all sounds but I'd love to have a consistent order instead of getting something different that I *kinda* like every time.

The past two times I've asked for a sugar free carburetor, they said it's possible and made it for me. However, when I google if DB has sugar free carburetors, it says no because the base it's made from has sugar.

Sugar free only please! I usually do SF golden eagle cold brew with oat or coconut milk but lately it’s been tasting off? I’m not sure if maybe they were giving me full sugar and now they aren’t. Something new to try would be greatly appreciated! 😊

Employees- do we know if they’re bringing the caramel apple rebel back? Genuinely the best drink I’ve ever had. I have thought about it at least once a day for the past two years

So I started going to Dutch bros in June of this year. So far the only thing that really has me in a chokehold is the strawberry colada. I’ve tried the caramel coffee and didn’t really care much for it. I also tried that potion drink that recently came out and did not really like that. What’s your go to? And if you are like me and obsessed with the strawberry colada what do you think I’d like?🤔😊

Ive worked at Dutch for about 5 months. I enjoy the environment, I think I am doing stuff well and that I’m capable of being on bar. I have like three shift leads who do let me be on bar and they do take into consideration the roles I prefer. However the other two treat me miserably. One shift lead will have me linebust for an hour, then when its someone elses turn they get thrown on break and she just has me linebust for them and I end up being out in the heat for hours, I will go inside and immediately start tasks because I know if they just don’t want to do them they will throw me on them so I try to get them done (also as an excuse to stay inside because I would have been outside for hourss). This same shiftlead has also just stepped basically inside of me and moved me because of a miscommunication. I simply might consider quitting because she has made me feel so much like a burden. I like everyone else for the most part but I feel like I just don’t fit in.

I tried the banana bread as an iced latte at first, and was surprised to find that I wasn’t a fan. The description sounded so good to me, so I wanted to give it another try as a freeze. I never get frozen coffees bc they’re too sweet, but the banana bread coffee is basically a desert drink, so it’s perfect as freeze. It’s SO good.
