I find myself in the middle of a task occasionally hanging onto a thought. Example: I am thinking about snacks. I think about the orange cherry tomatoes. I think "I eat those sometimes."

Then, oh crap, I say it in my head again... "I eat those sometimes." Then again. "I eat those sometimes."

Now I'm panicking because, shit, It's stuck in my head! 20 more times I repeat the line over and over in my head. Same way every time. I get stuck in a loop and I am desperately trying to shut myself up.

Does this happen to anyone else? I feel so weird about it.
