Sonim XP3 vs TCL Flip 4

My partner is looking at joining the dumb side and has been stuck between these two options. We know the Sonim is heavier duty but most things he can find on the internet about it seem to suggest it doesn't run maps (a big problem for him) and has a much smaller screen than the TCL. On the other hand it has a much better camera and many say it runs a bit faster? The TCL seems more readily available here as well. He mentioned some other things he jade looked into about each but he isn't a redditor and wanted me to ask tho community what they thought... so weigh in?

I made a mistake

I was so excited to finally make the switch. I know people have mixed opinions of the hmd barbie phone but it seemed to have everything I needed with the + of being super cute. I realized while messing around on it that I accidentally ordered the international version, which means no WiFi, and no KaiOS. This is a dealbreaker for me. Now I've been trying to find the US version and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get the US version? (For context, I am in the US)

Question about the SS variants

Idk if this is even allowed but... how do I make sure I'm getting the variant I want? I really just prefer the no-teefs Yasmin and the with-teefs Sasha and idk how I'm supposed to ensure I end up with the ones I'll actually enjoy? 😭😭 does anyone know if there's specific shops they've seen more of one or the other at in the US?

Questions about possible PPA

Hello. I'm in the process of buying a home in Illinois, however I have realized that the sellers had solar panels installed by some door-to-door company (that the internet has widely regarded as a scam) called Lightreach Palmetto. I have been doing research and it isn't sounding good. I love the house and I'm about a month into the process but this realization about the preexisting PPA is really discouraging and I'm considering pulling out of the sale. I guess I'm hoping to hear some of your thoughts and see if its not as big of a deal as I'm thinking it will be? The year its a 197$ monthly with a 16 cents pKWh price and a 3% increase to that rate each year. Has anyone else had solar installed by this company? Or other experiences with similar PPAs?
