Not sure what this is, can someone help diagnose the cause?

I've had these lesions/scabs for a while, appearing on my legs (particularly the shin area). They itch sometimes and I sometimes end up picking at them. They appear and disappear at some places but these ones have been around for over 2-3 months, maybe longer.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
