What do I do about my son living in my other house???
Ok so my son has been living in my other house which i have a morgage on for almost 10 years now. Since he was 18 he has been working on and off at Papa John's delivering pizzas while also having other jobs at Lowes, door dash, and most recently a forklift driver. Well when he was a forklift driver he was doing great, 401k, insurance, 8 hr Monday Friday, weekends off and was basically had little oversight as long as the jobs got done. Well one day his car died on the way to work and he "HAD TO HAVE A NEW USED CAR" that "SAME DAY" because he had to get back and forth to work or he would get fired. Well him being for last of a better word "NEEDY" now had a $500 a month car payment plus insurance, that a am the cosigner for on a $20,000 car that is really worth 16 or less, but he had to have it that day. Fast forward 8 months, he gets fired from his job because of being late for work, taking extra long lunch breaks because the lady who.has worked there 20 some years did and he thought he could do the same and kept doing it after being warned not to. So now back delivering pizzas. That car gets totaled and he had a rental car for a month or a little over and decided to wait til the Friday befoee they said they were stopping the rental car on Sunday to "ALL THE SUDDEN HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER NEW USED CAR" or he couldn't work. So now he has another $500 a month car payment on another $20000 car im a cosigner on and he has put almost 20000 miles on it in 8 months. He is delivering pizzas, gaming, sleeping, and constantly high (because of his so called anxiety, from what????, and won't find a full time job because places drug test and he won't stop smoking weed), and owes me $1500 and is constantly late on his car payments, insurance, house bills and rent. What do I do? Also he keeps finding these women on Facebook Dating, 3 in the past 2 years that have dumped him after a few months because he is talking about marriage every single time and has found the one he wants to be with, then becomes an emotional basketcase after they dump him? What should I do about his rent and tell him about his dating? Idk
