Hi, I have been exhibiting OCD for a year now, seen doctors, but I am also a very avid caffeine drinker (1 Red Bull A Day) And today I had a scary experience where I suddenly had a paranoia episode and thought that I was in danger, Im ok now but im just wondering if caffeine might have to do with it
