OG coaches/ members no longer at F45
Its been a very hot minute since I’ve trained at my old F45 after 4 years because a friend of mine became a coach & has invited me over for a session with them which I was thankful for💙❤️ Joined in 2019 & left in 2022 for BFT.
Fast forward to 2026, can’t believe it’s been 6 years now my old studio is still running 😳 Our neighbours have already shut down after 4 years which I was also a member with & also sad.
Walking into my old F45 feels a lot different now that all the OG coaches have left, almost all the members I’ve known have also left, the ones who always shares their F45 content & tagged our F45s IG also left & now it doesn’t feel the same anymore 😭🥹
To all the F45 OGs, I miss seeing ya around.. Once ya go back to your old gym after years hits different. Same owner, different trainers now.
