[Misc] Weird orange tint on face throughout the day

Hi, I've had a really bad history of my use of skincare in the last year or so, I'm a young teen so when I started I had no idea what I was doing.

It started when I was getting acne I had really good skin apart from that, I tried using a simple cleanser and moisturizer to remove it and that worked (sort of) after that I noticed slight dark circles around my eyes and (stupidly) decided to use the Beauty of Joseon retinol eye cream every other day, which completely wrecked my skin barrier, after that I noticed more spots and redness coming up, I stopped the retinol and tried using salicylic acid to remove the redness and spots, it just made my skin dry and worse. I finally stopped that for around 2 weeks and then have recently (past 3 ish weeks) been repairing my skin barrier with LRP Cicaplast baume B5+. That helped LOADS but my skin skill has quite large pores at the top of my cheeks and very small fine lines under my eyes, + a rough -ish texture.

My routine at the moment: (past 3 ish weeks)

Morning:

1 - Wash with lukewarm water

2 - Whilst skin is still wet, apply LRP toleriane sensitive creme

3 - La Roche Posay anthelios uvmune 400 SPF 50+ (I feel like that makes the orange tint worse after I've tested using it and not using it)

Night:

1 - CeraVe hydrating foaming oil cleanser

2 - Whilst skin is still wet, apply PS... Skin Hydrate Facial Serum (hyaluronic acid with pro vitamin B5)

3 - Then after that sinks in, I pat on a pea sized amount of LRP Cicaplast baume B5+

This is where the biggest issue comes in, In the last two months I've noticed a orange tint appearing throughout the day, and it looks really really bad, like a extremely bad fake tan, my skin looks dull and grey and the skin around my eyes gets darker and greyer. My skin straight after washing/cleansing looks really white/pale complexion, glowy and bright. But after a couple hours (like in school or even just inside/at home) it goes dark orange and horrible. Its really annoying because my parents dont really want me to go to a dermatologist to get it checked out because they keep trying to convince me that my skin looks "perfect". I tried to do some research and it seems something to do with skin oxidation and free radicals, though Im not entirely sure, I tried to use the vanicream vitamin C serum (5% TDH ascorbate + ceramides) to neutralize the free radicals with antioxidants and control the sebum production but that did not work at all. There was no change in my skin after a couple hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and feel free to ask any questions. I'm just really stuck on how to fix this. Thanks!
