4 months post op breast implants and uplift - reassurance needed please…
I’m nearly 4 months post op uplift with 600cc high profile mentor implants. This is revision surgery from a terrible job done in April 2025 (also uplift and 450cc implants)
Revision was Feb 2026
They have gone considerably smaller which I know happens due to swelling reducing etc… but they seem smaller than my 450cc I had in April 2025??
I was told because it’s revision and only 10 months after my first surgery than it can take longer to drop and fluff and settle to there final position but I’m not holding onto much hope so far going by a lot of others 4 months post op pictures.
My first surgery was a shambles so the process of how they look in recovery wasn’t how it was supposed to be so comparing that to how there healing and settling now is new to me.
Unsure why 600 looks smaller than 450 both under muscle, well first was meant to be under muscle, I was told by first surgeon it was under muscle, surgeon who done revision said they wasn’t under the muscle so god knows if they was or not.
I have a natural wide “ish” gap anyway so I knew in would have some gap but seems the gaps getting wider as times going on and naturally my gap was never this wide, but this could be due to them settling and there going through all sorts of stages and shapes at the minute.
The right boob seems to look “more implant bulge” on the right side/armpit side
And a slight indent on the inside/cleavage of this boob and looks more pointier that the other side, especially when I bend forward? But maybe this could also still be part of the settling process and I’m being impatient?
The lower poles doesn’t seem to have much to it at the moment so hoping it will over time and they appear more fuller.

Any reassurance would be great right now 🙏🏼
