These marks are only one the edges of newly fitted Karndean planks. Installed 3 days ago.

Karndean remove does not remove it - doesn’t even make it a tiny bit better.

Please help

To cut a long story short, I moved into a new build and the flooring was unlevel by 10cm.

I fought for 2 years for it to be fixed. They added some filler to the floor and it made it even worse (ripples everywhere!). Then they agreed to relatex the floor and fit it again.

What do you think?
