Semen Analysis Query
Just wondering if anyone knows much about Semen Analysis?
I had a semen analysis Jan 2025. 9 million per millilitre.
April 2025 8 million per millilitre. Basically 2 low sperm count results. Still no joy TTC.
Increased vitamins intake. Started taking additional beneficial vitamins. Followed all advice, stopped wearing underwear, dumped all right underwear and only wore loose underwear when going somewhere. Booked in to see a urologist (next week) but had all my tests done prior to seeing him.
Hormone bloods - Normal
Testes Ultrasound - Normal
Semen Analysis yesterday, 2 million per millilitre. I’m at a loss. Quarter the amount of sperm I had last year and doing more than I was last year to have good results. Could anyone tell me if they have any experience with this sort of issue? Appreciate all the guidance.
