Pimple-looking things throughout mouth, any ideas?
For reference I'm a 26-year old male. Also for reference, I have HSV2 but have never had any issues in my mouth. That being said, I do perform oral on my partner often. Is this what I'm fearing it is, or something worse, or something benign?
It was very painful to swallow yesterday, not as much today. Strep test came back negative. Urgent care doc said "something viral maybe" and told me to screw off.
I vape occasionally, use Zyns frequently, and smoke cigars rarely. I do not drink, except energy drinks (1 a day).
