So I recently upgraded to an iPhone 17 and it’s been working fine, but after yesterday all of a sudden my phone no longer works with my 86 like it will charge it but won’t make the connection to CarPlay. I’ve tried different cables and cleaning the charging port of my phone and of the console but nothing. It’s been like this all day. I’ve tried all the fixes and stuff but idk what the issue could be so I’m coming here to see if anyone has had the same issue or a fix. I’m desperate at this point and not wanting to take it to Toyota and be charged an arm and a leg for what could be an easy fix.
